Some tourists who had visited the top of the building said that they can see 4 states from that highest point of this building. It is amazing.

This Ball is functioned as “a counteract swaying motions weight” against typhoons and earthquake. As the pride of Taiwan, this building have been titled as member of Seven New Wonders of the World (Newsweek magazine) and Seven Wonders of Engineering (The Discovery Channel)
